I guess I'm going to choose 2 things to be the easiest knitting projects: bookmarks and doll blankets. Here are the reasons why they are the best choices for a beginner: 1. You can complete a project in a few minutes. 2. The patterns if you need them are very easy to follow. 3. Quick gratification 4. You can complete them by only using the knit stitch if you want to.
