CO 18
Knit 2 rows. After that, at the beginning and end of each row K2.
K all even rows.
R3: P14
R5, R7, R11, R13, R15, and R17: P3, K11
R9: P11, K3
R19: P14
Knit 4 rows.
Cast off and weave in the ends. Block if needed.
